1. Platform use
VisitCardPro provides tools for creating and publishing digital cards, presenting services, portfolios, links, reviews, QR Codes and, depending on the plan, catalogs, orders, CRM and analytics.
2. Account and content
The user is responsible for access credentials and content added to the account. Published content must comply with applicable law and must not infringe third-party rights.
3. Plans and payments
Paid features depend on the selected plan. Available prices and billing cycles are presented on the plans page and during checkout. Billing and subscription management may be handled by the integrated payment provider.
4. Publishing
Users can publish or unpublish their digital card according to the features available in the dashboard. Availability of external services, social networks, Google, WhatsApp, or other linked destinations depends on those services.
5. Responsible use
The platform may not be used for unlawful activities, fraud, distribution of illegal content, or infringement of third-party rights.
6. Changes
Features, prices, and these terms may be updated. Relevant changes may be communicated through the channels available on the platform.
